Return / Refund Policy
Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt before decorating. We cannot accept returns on decorated, excluding irregulars, or washed garments under any circumstances.
- All claims for shortages, damages, defects, etc., must be made within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise.
- Returns must be authorized by Direct Buy T-Shirt in advance, either by phone or through our website, and within 60 days of receiving the merchandise.
- No merchandise will be accepted for return after 60 days from the date of receipt.
- Claims for returns of defective merchandise must be made following the warranties outlined in Direct Buy T-Shirt General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
- No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization form or number from Direct Buy T-Shirt. Please contact Direct Buy T-Shirt Customer Service for a return authorization and shipping address.
- Returns without the original corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowest published price.
- Merchandise that is not from Direct Buy T-Shirt (meaning sold to you by Direct Buy T-Shirt) will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of by Direct Buy T-Shirt.
- Discontinued or closeout items are not returnable.
- Altered or embellished products are not returnable, excluding irregulars.
- Returns on drop shipments coming directly from Mill suppliers are not allowed.
- Defective merchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size, and quantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer before decorating.
- After processing, your refund will be issued to the credit card you used for the purchase.

Cancellation or Changes
Due to our rapid order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. However, you can initiate a return or exchange once you receive the product.
